they will do the interview process via Skype and some on chat only, they'll give you a test and after that if you passed you'll be successfully hired, while through video calls, they will ask some questions about your experience, how long would you be able to do the job.
Its not easy since English is not my native language so get bit confused when user trying to explain the job description when they speak so fast, had to ask them to repeat the questions and need to improve my own English level and proficiency

It was first time. I wasn't expecting that I will be going on an interview. I bid some projects about data entry then the owner message me about his instructions. I simply follow his HR instructions and got into the interview process. And that was it! It goes at very good! I got the job.
