they will ask a lot of question about you about independent work and you ability to problem solve. if you have inventory skills. your costumer service ability. you have to be a good driver

First process was a Phone interview which they asked you about your previous job history then a inperson person panel that consisted of 2 people. Make sure you have 10 year employment ready.
