Hi everyone! I submitted my application on December 5th, and received an invitation to attend the interview on December 20th. I read email about an hour after it arrived. I figured I would be given a few options to schedule my interview roughly a day or 2 in advance, so I could prepare. I was wrong! I read the email at 11am ET and could only schedule phone interview for 3pm ET. I scrambled quickly to try and find possible questions and answers for the recruiter. Come 3pm, the lady called me. She was simply amazing! They started off by reading off some disclaimers and explaining the nature of the job, etc. Beware: YOU MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND. No tattoos in visible areas, and if you have additional piercings in odd areas (i.e. eyebrow) you must be willing to remove them. You must be willing to relocated, and you're not guaranteed a base assignment you applied for, granted you actually become an FA with Frontier. You must agree with all that, or else its a no go. Interview process was very easy. The recruiter asked me four basic questions and then offered me an invite to a F2F for Jan 8th in Denver, CO!
FYI. As per phone conversation with recruiter, I received a listing of all hotels in the area, and booked one with a discount from Frontier. Frontier will fly you out (I live in NJ and flying out of Philly). About a week after the 1st email, I received my confirmation for the flight, and was told that within 5-7 days of that date, I will be receiving a final email with instructions for the day of the interview. That for some reason did not happen, and I had to email them and remind them about it. I received a very fast response apologizing for the error, and they provided me with instructions in their reply to my email. This isnt my first time applying with them. If they ask you "have you ever applied with frontier before?" never hesitate to respond.
Good to luck to everyone!!!
