I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) in Jul 2018
Interview
Leading up to the in person interview, my experience had been very positive with all of the recruiters that I had been in touch with. I would advise doing research to see if Frontier would be a good fit.
They have the most strict tattoo policy amongst any of the other airlines. I was flown out to Denver for an in person interview after only being asked if I had any "visible" tattoos in my phone interview. I have a small tattoo on the inner instep of my foot (the only tattoo I have) and I was disqualified for an interview. There were about 10 candidates dismissed before interviewing even began. If you are offered a position, they bring you into a separate room and have someone inspect you for tattoos.
Other than that, the interview process was positive. Unfortunate that there was a miscommunication, because if it was made clear how strict their policy was I wouldn't waste their time or mine. However, other airlines will allow you to have tattoos as long as you can cover them up.
*I later had spoken to a Frontier FA on my way home and she explained that about only 40% of the candidates make it out of training. They pay considerably less than other major airlines.

Question 1
What would you do if a passenger was refusing to get off their phone after you advised them to turn off all electronic devices?
Application, Video Interview, F2F in Denver. Just be yourself and let your personality shine. Dress professional. Hair, natural color, neat and clean. Make up, light and natural looking nothing over the top.
Received an assessment test , then a video call, waiting a face to face interview. Which I think will be over the phone. I’m not quite sure. But I have to fill this out.
Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
