Entire process took about 4 weeks. I applied in July and completed the online assessment immediately. About a week and a half later, I got an invitation to do the phone interview. You have 5 business days to schedule the phone interview and slots fill up fast, so if you need a specific day or time it’s imperative that you don’t procrastinate. During the interview, they will ask for your passport number and expiration date- receipts or cards are not accepted. I was invited to the face-to-face interview and given projected date and time at the end of the call. The F2F interview was a week and a half after the phone interview and the company flew me out as my driving distance was more than four hours from Denver. The interview experience was great and everyone seemed professional and friendly. They do check for tattoos and you will have to do the jumpsuit test to make sure you can fit. My entire day lasted about 4 hours which is much shorter than I was expecting. Several other hopefuls I met were offered CJO’s.
