Phone interview went well, invited to F2F. Brief intro to company, tattoo check, jump seat check, then put in pairs to be interviewed by two recruiters, back in main room for announcement test. A larger percentage of time was spent during the process with the recruiters bantering back and forth together talking about what great friends they all were and much of the focus was on their Kool Kids Club rather than on the applicants. For example, at the "personal" interview, one of the interviewers interrupted us 3 times to talk to other recruiters in the room. When I was departing for the F2F, I was given my boarding pass by a gate agent with a face tattoo, which I found curious since they are so strict on tattoos, we had two flight crews during the flights, neither of which were remotely personable, or even interested in the passengers. Both crews did the absolute bare minimum, very few, if any smiles seen from any of the crews. The crew that flew me out was so by far, leagues better than the other two. There were some other issues that I observed that really make me question all the "aren't we just the bestest?" attitude of the recruiters, it was a barren tree, from what I saw of their non-recruiting staff.
