Interview
They have a very articulated process. Skill aptitude test which included a software test as well as sketching test. Followed by an interview with the senior designers. For the software test they would provide you any foam model made and will test on Rhino or any other software you are inclined to.
I first had a call with the HR, post which a meeting was scheduled with the directors. After the meeting, they asked me to visit in person and do another round of interview after which I was offered the position

You’ll be required to showcase your portfolio and walk through atleast one project in depth with the interviewer. If you’re looking for fresher roles, you will also be given an assigned to complete.
