Was contacted to arrange a written technical test, and video interview thereafter. The turnaround time for correspondence was quite fast initially, but as was said by some other candidates, I was just cut off from all forms of communication after the technical interview (which I felt I gave a decent attempt to all the questions), even after reaching out to the recruiter. It is understandable that the company may be getting a lot of applications, but I think that ignoring candidates after initiating the interview process doesn't make good company PR. Seems like the matter of seconds spent on at least an automated reply, or better yet, a script that does so automatically, would be a good investment.
