I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at G2 (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Incredibly difficult with scheduling an interview, I continuously had to provide availability over the course of two weeks.
Finally scheduled and the first interview went fine. This was actually a great discussion, seemed engaged and personable.
After, they confirmed that they would like to move forward with a mock demo and from there a panel interview. After providing availability over another two week period and following up multiple times with no response, I reached out to remove my name from candidacy. Absolute waste of both company and prospective employee's time.
If the company is having difficulty with scheduling, at least follow-up with the prospect that you are working internally to schedule. If there isn't capacity within that week, ask for scheduling farther out. Looking at other reviews, it seems others had the same experience.

Application
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at G2 (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Longest interview process I have ever been for. This took 8 weeks, discussed the opportunity and was interviewed by 6 people and a panel. Was asked to deliver presentation via zoom. Also had to take an aptitude test, which was bit unusual.
