I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at G4S (Denver, CO) in Jan 2013
Interview
Not too bad, you just have to fill all the fields in your profile, dont leave and fields empty. they will not consider your applications for that reason only.
I applied and two months later no response, I had to stop by their office in Aurora to check and see whats wrong and again the refer me to check my profile then i met their recruiter who explained to me about the profile thing.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at G4S (Vermillion, SD) in Jun 2020
Interview
I applied with Indeed site, was set up with what was supposed to an interview a few days later, but ended up a phone call to verify the information that I had submitted and she then set up an interview for Friday the 12th of June from 2:30 - 3:00 pm. I waited until 25 minutes after 3 just to give the interviewer a chance if something came up. The individual from Sioux Falls South Dakota never called, no email or text to let me know if something came up.
Filled out an online app was contacted 4 days later and hired. Prior service military so maybe that’s why I didn’t get asked anything that official. Overall not a bad process.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at G4S (Plano, TX) in Dec 2017
Interview
I was interviewed a total of 3 times. The site I was assigned to seems to have higher expectations for its officers, which makes sense considering the compensation in pay is slightly higher than other sites.
