I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Niskayuna, NY) in Jun 2022
Interview
Initial phone screen with the hiring manager. Video conference with the team. I was asked to present on previous work for about 30-40 minutes. Questions were cordial and friendly. Overall good experience with the team. I declined a follow-up onsite interview because the hiring manager seemed to be a micromanager even before working there!

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Prague)
Interview
I have been contacted by phone twice by the HR department. The process was going well and they forwarded my resume to the hiring manager, who would call me "this week". I contacted the HR by the end of the week and was informed that the hiring manager would call me "next week". By the end of the second week the hiring manager left for holidays for two weeks. Then by the date he should come back the HR simply kept blaming the hiring manager for not answering each week and eventually stopped answering my e-mails.

Question 1
Typical questions about my experience. It was clear that the HR person had no idea about the actual job and was just trying to see if the words I said were the same as in the keyword list in the job offer.
