A phone interview that was approximately 30 minutes long, with 2 interviewers both asking questions. The interview was professional, yet casual. The interviewers also shared some thoughts during the interview which allowed for some immediate feedback.
Apply on line (chances are better with career fair) Hirevue followed by a virtual interview with a person from HR or Engineer depending on the roles applied for. Its is primarily behavioral

Interview
First call was with the recruiter, first round was with the hiring manager and a colleague, second and final round was with the director, I received an offer the following week. Negotiated the offer and signed.
