Personality based and laid back interview, they really just want to see if you can fit in with whatever culture they want to maintain. Look into your problem solving and people skills as well, but not technincal.

Question 1
When was a time you were working on a team and there were disagreements and what did you do to resolve them?
It was a friendly environment. It took nearly 2 hours with group case and technical and HR questions. questions were about daily life and personality as well as technical acknowledge
It was not too hard, overall the questions were not very difficult. The first round was a HireVue questionnaire where they asked basic questions in a multiple choice or short answer format.
