I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GE HealthCare (Amersham, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
I met with the culture communications manager and a key figure in GE's communications leadership development program. Both were very friendly and I was asked questions relating to my competencies, how these applied to the role and why I wanted to work with GE specifically. I thought it was very professionally managed. Furthermore, although I was disappointed not to receive an offer, I really appreciated the time that GE took to provide me with honest feedback over the phone, and my talent acquisition representative Vicky was hugely helpful and nice to speak with.

Question 1
What do you think the communications role involves?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GE HealthCare (Little Chalfont, England) in Sept 2016
Interview
Online application, two telephone interviews and a face to face interview. Online application was pretty straight forward with a CV upload. First interview on telephone was with HR and was quite generic. Then had a telephone interview with hiring manager which was more to find out about me, last interview was face to face with a senior manager in the department, was more about why I would be good at the job etc.
