The initial process is for the HR Asst to screen the applicants. They look for applicants who are dynamic, with pleasing personality and good attitude. Qualified applicants are usually those who fit the culture of the bank, one who is honest, trustworthy, reliable and one whonis a team player. Those who pass initial screening will undergo an exam. Those who pass the exam will go on to the next interview. Those who pass that interview will have to pass 3 more. If you pass all, then you're hired.
