The interview process consisted of 4 rounds. 1. Telephonic(Basic questions to get check if you are best fit for the position) 2. Technical round 1 3. Techno-Managerial round 2 4. HR Round Overall it was easy. I was through all the rounds. And was selected. Had salary discussion as well. It was not meeting my expectation so we were on negotiable zone. After a week i got another call that my profile is considered for another position in a different team. It took another 3 weeks to process. Got call by a senior guy and he interviewed on call for about 40 mins. Again i was conveyed that i have come for more rounds for this new position. Finally after 2 more weeks the HR conveyed that the position i was shortlisted for requires more experience. And the position for which i was interviewed earlier is filled by immediate joiner. It was disappointing and unprofessional.
