The recruiter was great! She took the time to explain the position. However, she left out the "importance" of speaking Spanish.
I also met with the hiring manager. This must have been the most odd interview I have EVER had. She did not review my resume prior to the interview (so disrespectful). She has an "open door policy." Meaning... people will come in to her office speaking Spanish and complaining while she is meeting with a candidate. This happened twice before she told them to wait outside. After sharing all the negative points about the position, she asked me if I was still interested... ummm, NO! Why would I want to work here! Heck why would anyone want to work here after you made the place sound like h3!! on earth?!!!
I was not walked out or escorted to the door --- very unprofessional.
I met a lady a lady on the way out that said I did not need to know how to speak Spanish and the hiring mgr did not give me the truth. Clearly she was not interested, and after seeing the facility, neither was I. If I could've, I would have left after seeing the restroom before the interview.
