Interview
First there is 1 or more telephone interviews, then an on-site face to face interview. Formal interview with 5 persons or groups. Questions are pre-defined. Groups were functional (people from same department). Quality, HR, and Operations were part of the interviewers.

Question 1
How do you make decisions? How would you manage a toxic environment? Why do you want this position?
First, there was a screening call with HR, then a 45 minute call with hiring manager. Finally, half day onsite interview process. Panel interview and presentation about self and experience. They were looking for projects and to hear about experience.
