There are typically several panel interviews with the team, the direct leadership team members, and sometimes senior management/ managers from associated groups.
Team questions are geared to fit, skill set (make sure they won’t be doing your work), and some competency area. The managers are looking for how self sufficient you are, how well you get along with others, what you motivations are (and how they fit into their teams’ vision). Provide good examples and please just be authentic, even if you mess up and are nervous, it’ll be fine. Stiff and rehearsed is obvious and shows a lack of competency or confidence.
