The interview is behavioral based. Tell me about a time when.... Who remembers and catalogs every event in their life? The interview process can be intense. Some of the interviewers seemed to have a superiority complex. One interviewer in particular tried to make me feel bad for interviewing for the position, since it was a step down.

They gave me a diagram related to problem solving and I had to graph out my problem solving skills. They also asked me about the history of the FDA. For instance, what event in history led to the development of the FDA?
