Applied online, heard back for an interview about a month later. Interview was entirely behavioral and very conversational. I interviewed directly with my manager and got a great preview of the day-to-day tasks of the internship.

Initially reached out to over email to schedule an interview. Date of interview was not flexible - only the time slot ("Intern Day"). Had the chance to speak to a ad-hoc panel of recruiters before behavioral and technical screen - they were not friendly at all and super disinterested/annoyed. Met with engineer and manager for behavioral and technical screen, where it was easy going, mostly behavioral, barely technical.
