I applied through university. I interviewed at General Mills
Interview
The hiring process was quite ordinary - you network and submit your application along with transcript, and then if you're lucky you get invited for an interview. I only got to the first round of interviews so far, so I can tell you only up to that point.
The 30-minute interview was with two salespeople at General Mills, and it was composed only of 3 behavioural questions, all of which were heavily focused on sales (e.g. tell me about a time when you had to overcome skepticism to sell an idea, etc), and then they asked the standard "why General Mills" and "why sales" questions, followed by a chance to ask them questions.

Question 1
"Why General Mills?" - too easy to fall into the generic, lame answer. Should be creative with this one, so take your time coming up with a rehearsed answer.

Interview
1st round: Face to face with middle managers who were recent grads from my university. Standard behaviourals with a few curveballs.
Mix N Mingle: treat it like an interview. Impress the directors because they're the ones interviewing you next.
Final rounds: 3 45min back to back interviews with (Director/Business Team Leader/ HR). 1.5hr case study (usually on one of their brands).
Offers go out the next day. FIT is extremely important to them.

Interview
Went to the recruiting session at my university. Applied through my school's job postings website. Got an initial interview at my school's career centre (face to face). There were three different individuals from General Mills, who were also alumnus from my school, who asked me questions. They were very down to earth and easy to talk to. It was only a half hour interview. They asked a few standard questions they had to ask, and they were writing notes down. General Mills is specific to the STAR format (Situation, Task, Action and Result). One of the individuals who interviewed called me the next week to mention that I made to the next rounds. The second, and final rounds, consisted of a "Meet and Greet" at the General Mills offices in Mississauga (Wine & Cheese type of event). They had all of the candidates from the SDA role, Marketing role and the Finance Role there. It was a great opportunity getting to get to meet several individuals from General Mills, especially those who were going to interview me. Most of the candidates there seemed to be undergrad and MBA grads from Laurier, Schulich and Ivey. The next day was a full day of behavioural interviews and a case study. They also took you out for lunch with a current or former SDA employee. Behavioural interviews was good, 45 minutes each, with a different employee each time. Case study, you had an hour to prepare, and answer three questions. The cases change every year supposedly.
