I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2018
Interview
Series of three 45 minute interviews that go back to back. Involves both technical and behavioral questions, but was mostly on the behavioral side. Your ability to speak on your leadership experience is incredibly important here, and you should have multiple stories that you can elaborate on. Don't just tell a generic story, instead make it unique and meaningful to you, while of course still being from your real life experiences. After the interview, you get a wonderful tour of the General Mills campus, and they even give you a little goody bag before your departure!
