3 different interviews, Talent acquisition, then 2 managers in separate interviews. All was done over a Skype video call. Then even sent me a webcam for the interview. All of the interviews were Lominger behavioral based questions. Nothing technical at all. They want to know if you can learn from your past and how you react to challenges. Really was an easy interview.
