Interview
I met with two GM employees, one HR recruiter and one supply chain director. The interview took approximately 30 minutes and I was asked 5 or 6 basic behavioral questions which were to be answered in S.T.A.R. format. I was asked various questions based on my past experiences that were relevant to the job I was applying for.

Pretty simple for internships, screening then one to two rounds, usually with the hiring manager, director and those on the same team- after the first round, they may reach out directly with an offer if they really like you

La primera fue una llamada breve para verificar tu cv y preguntas rutinarias, la segunda fue entrevista en línea con la inteligencia artificial de la empresa (te hacía preguntas y tenías 3 minutos para responder) y la última fue en el corporativo con dos personas del área (preguntas de competencias método STAR)

The interviewers were friendly and took the time to explain the format before starting. The interview consisted entirely of behavioural questions, and they provided detailed answers to all of my questions.
