Interview
Met with a number of management associates and was asked behavioural type questions based on past experiences. The interview was set up through a recruiter and was to work on a contract basis. It was not very difficult however I was not offered the job so I guess I either didn't have the experience or answered a question incorrectly.

How have you gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction?
Started with the Application, followed by having to upload a Video assessment, followed by an Aptitude Test, then a Phone Screen done by HR, next was a Video Interview and finally received a Job Offer
Had a virtual interview scheduled . The hiring manager never showed up. They had made their mind up to offer to another candidate and did could not be bothered with canceling

Long process to get hired. I terview questions were basic, but you need a lot of examples. From tge time I fist applied to when I was hired, it took 5 months.
