Why you want to work at GM, Why you are looking, overview of experience and several behavior based questions with 2 different managers. It was basically an hour with each manager. The feed back was quick. interviewed on Friday, regret email on Monday.

Video interview with two Project Manager. Follow up interview with Global Commodity Manager. General situational questions regarding past experience. Waited roughly three weeks for a response from human resources. Comparably to most other employers.

I first had a phone interview which was followed by a zoom interview with a recruiter. After a few weeks I was invited to an additional zoom interview with a manager that would be part of the team I was in consideration for.

Two managers interviewed using star technique. They both walked through the process and were patient while I thought of and discussed my response. Both managers helped que to explain what the questions meant.
