I applied online. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) in Nov 2020
Interview
First, you do a Hireview interview which includes you recording yourself and responding to their questions. This interview also includes a game challenge.
Second, you do a coding challenge. This has you write a solution to a problem in any computer language you choose. *note* they seem to love people who understand and use java, I did not use java and was fine however. (This was covered in the last interview)
Third, Phone interview with HR. It very basic question like where you want to work, what positions are you looking for.
Finally, 2 1 hour interviews online. This is where you talk to hiring manager, they ask you questions about yourself and some STAR styled questions. I think the most important thing here is to try to have fun with the interviewer.
After all of this I received a call within 3-4 days and accepted the offer. Although they said it could take up to 3 weeks, IF they decide to call.
