I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Austin, TX) in Sept 2015
Interview
The process took about three weeks. I got an interview at the career fair for my school and had the interview two days later on campus. It was thirty minutes and all behavioral so as long as you talk and answer their questions, it's fine. I got notified that I got the second round that night and had the next interview the next day. This one was an hour long but pretty much the same as the first in that it was all behavioral and they read out of a packet. About a week later, I got a call about a dinner the next week. Hours before the dinner, I got the call that I had an offer.
