I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gensler in Jun 2015
Interview
I was being recruited out of state so I had 3 phone interviews. First was head of HR, Second was studio leadership and management, 3 or 4 people I think. Third was with studio director and design director. They couldn't discriminate on any sort of physical basis because they never even saw my face until after they had already offered me the job. Interviews were very professional, thorough and cordial. No complaints

Question 1
The usual...long term career goals, how are you in a team setting, what types of work have you and do you want to work on, where do you see yourself in 5 years, where are you at in licensing process, why our company, what skills do you offer, why you left previous employers, what level of revit skills do you have, whats important to you in company culture.
The interview with HR is friendly. They gave a lot of information about the office. It is a bit slow to get an interview scheduled with them since they have a lot of candidates.
