The interview process took about two months in total. The first step was a 20-minute phone conversation, then a one-hour Zoom interview with three employees, a second one-hour-long Zoom interview with three more higher-ups, and finally, a 3-hour-long in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of a 30-minute interview with one person, a 30-minute Zoom interview with three more employees, an hour-long word assessment, an office tour, and a final conversation with the person who would be my manager. The questions were basic, run-of-the-mill "what did you do when-". A couple of red flags were that the recruiter accidentally sent me someone else's second interview offer, along with my own, and the fact that the last 30-minute in-person interview wasn't asking me questions. It felt like he was trying to test me on what I would do, but the vibes were super off and uncomfortable. When he turned his computer around to show me something, I saw a message about me and another candidates 'debrief' so it threw me off. Overall, average, boring interview, super long process, and I just wished we spoke more about the role and what it consisted of, and fewer annoying "when was a time-" type of questions.
