The main point of the entire conversation was to meet the team members and recognize what position could be the best match for me since I applied to several applications beforehand. Everything was very relaxed and casual with no frustrating technical questions. I would say that the entire company has a very unique style during the screening stage of potential employees. Every question was interesting and they introduced themselves in a funny yet meaningful way. I was told to get feedback about the specific position in the following days. - Eventually, they decided not to continue the process at this stage due to the very specific profile the company was looking for. It was quite unexpected because this was a speculative application and I was informed which current roles I may be a good fit for when it comes to my skill set. I didn't like the final outreach because I spared my working time for this interview and have also waited for two weeks after having it re-scheduled initially.
