- The HR Manager contacted me about the interview for an open application. He sent a different set of questions via email beforehand and after I answered them, he invited me to book the slot via Calendly.
- Interview was held with another member of the team. The main point of the entire conversation was to meet the team members and recognize what position could be the best match for me since I applied to several applications beforehand. Everything was very relaxed and casual with no frustrating technical questions. I would say that the entire company has a very unique style during the screening stage of potential employees. Every question was interesting and they introduced themselves in a funny yet meaningful way. I was told to get feedback about the specific position in the following days.
- Eventually, they decided not to continue the process at this stage due to the very specific profile the company was looking for. It was quite unexpected because this was a speculative application and I was informed which current roles I may be a good fit for when it comes to my skill set. I didn't like the final outreach because I spared my working time for this interview and have also waited for two weeks after having it re-scheduled initially.
