HR Phone Screen (45 minutes) Technical Test (5 hour window) Pairing (Follow up on Tech Test, 1 hour) Cultural Interview Not entirely sure what they're looking for in terms of technical aptitude. I enjoyed the process, despite not getting an offer. Unfortunately its hard to gauge what technical skills and keywords an interviewer may be looking for. The applicant pool is also enormous so whether you're good, great or something else there will be a lot of competition for a single role.
