GitLab Sales Manager interview questions

I had two interviews with 2 recruiters for 2 different positions. During the first call, I asked the first recruiter a question about employment and she said that she will check and get back to me. Haven't heard from her afterwards. I was later invited to a different interview for a different position I had applied. The recruiter set up a call, and during the call told me that I was not suitable for the position I applied to, but still wanted to meet me for a different position. Guess what, I never heard back from him either.

4 video interviews 45 minutes each. I also had a non standard face to face in person interview. The process was pretty standard and took a few weeks start to finish but most interviews only take 2 weeks start to finish.
