GitLab Senior Recruiter interview questions

Casual, easy to schedule, behavioral interviews - “tell me about a time”, based off their values and my success metrics. The interview felt like a friendly conversation about our experiences, problems we like to solve, and dislikes. Nobody asked me about weaknesses, but I felt a strong rapport with the team and offered that information. Overall, I left knowing it was a great fit and feeing very seen by my leaders and teammates.
