Lots of practice, but the process is transparent and user-friendly, convenient. Don't have any technical problems at all. The questions are quite basic, talking about yourself, your experience and your passion etc. They just simply want to get to know you.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Givaudan (Milton Keynes, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
They send me a rejection and then invited me to complete an e-interview where I needed to record my answers. Questions were all similar where I couldn't talk about the experience but they were asking about my values and how they fit Givaudan's and what I like about Givaudan rather than talking more about my real experience. Not a pleasant experience, I'd prefer to talk to a real person. The only good thing is that there is a decent amount of time to prepare your answer to all simular questions

Question 1
How do your values match with Givaudan's? What Givaudan's values do you like and why?
