I interviewed with Glovo for a Senior Product Designer position and reached the live whiteboard task. Although I didn't make it through to the next stage, and honestly I don't think the role would have been a fit culture-wise anyway, the team surprised me with a feedback email which I really appreciated! Based on the task, they mentioned my strengths, areas for improvement, and suggestions for growth.

During the whiteboard stage, I had to solve a problem live in front of two designers who were asking questions as we went along. I had 45 minutes to showcase my process and design thinking

Interview
Contacted by a Design Manager through LinkedIn InMail saying I would be a good fit for the position, I applied. After which I was contacted by the HR, when I did the screening. I was told I would get the details for the next step and so on, but I just got a generic automated no-reply rejection email as if I didn't even reach the screening stage.
The recruitment process is very extensive (whiteboard challenge and multiple other 1 hour calls) and apparently poorly managed.
