Interview
Multiple interviews with several people taking over 3 months to complete. I felt it went very well with most interviewers but it obviously did not go well with some because in the end I was told by email that I was not going to be given an offer. I wish that I had gotten more information about why that decision was made but did not have my phone calls returned.

Interview
Initial recruiter was very friendly. Five interviews total: First interviewer dropped and was replaced with another at last minute, interviewer didn't know about the job position. The second was very knowledgeable about the subject material and knew of the position, but not details. The third and fourth didn't know about the position details, but were friendly. The fifth took the interview while driving in their car. After the final interview, no further communication and was ghosted.

Interview
One HR interview (30 min), one-on-one with hiring manager (30 min), 2 panel interviews (2-3 people, 45 mins each). It appears GoDaddy wants "everyone to be on board" - fairly confident the hiring manager and 3 out of 5 interviewers were "on board", but as always - can't please everyone. In every early email they claimed to "move quickly - usually within 5 days". Ended up ghosting (as most other companies do these days); no responses to follow up emails or even an automated "thanks for playing". Very disappointing.

Sort of followed STAR during panels - but some of the interviewers focused on telling their own stories rather than hearing mine. "Walk me through your resume" was not very interactive - I spoke, hiring manager listened, no questions.

There are many steps to the interview process. You will meet with multiple people in multiple interviews. It is a long process but thorough. They did ask for a project to be completed and submitted which was a lot of work.
