GoDaddy Program Manager (Senior) interview questions

Had a phone screen with a Go-Daddy recruiter, and then was invited for an onsite interview. The onsite interview included two 1:1 interviews, and 2 2:1 interviews. They asked me questions about my experience, and I felt pretty good about the first two interviews, but when I got to the 3rd interview, they started asking me how I might want to re-design their organizational structure, which was not part of what was listed in the job description and turned me off from the job. Needless to say, I did not get an offer, but they did communicate their decision to me in email within 1 week.
