Was very smooth. Went through a few phone interviews. There was a lot of positivity through out the process. Really enjoyed speaking with HR. Was offered the position. Had to a basic background check. Then system was sent out.

Initial phone interview that lasted maybe 20 mins followed by in person interview 30 mins each with the director of sales and HR. Director did most of the talking. Interrupted me many times when answering questions.
