The interview process consists of 3 phases + Case Study. The first is a call with the recruiter (in my case, she contacted me through Linkedin). The second phase is a conversion with the Team Leader, a very simple conversation about previous experiences and motivations. After that, I had to prepare a case study (quite extensive) and present it. About the presentation: I thought the presentation went quite well because there were no negative comments about it, but apparently not for them. The team leader and vice president of Tutor Enablement were the hosts and there were basically no comments at all, just questions about my previous experiences. I had the feeling that they didn't even read my presentation because I have never been to this stage without any comments. I was surprised when a week after I received an email from the recruiter saying that they decided to hire a senior profile because some of my answers were too "generic". When you get to the final stage of an interview, of course you expect more than " it was too generic" as a review and I asked the recruiter for more consistent feedback (more than 3 times) and she kept finding excuses, but in the end there was no feedback. Is it hard to take 30 minutes to review what I did? It is very disrespectful and rude even more coming from an "educational platform".
