I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gobble (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2021
Interview
Multi Phase - Online, Onsite and in person. Moved to 1 on 1's with direct reports and other executive members - questions were consistent and well thought out. All relevant to the role.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Gobble (Palo Alto, CA)
Interview
The executives (Operations and Ooshma) I met were very passionate about the company, shared good interview questions and generally candid.
Cons: The office itself looked devoid of people and the stair railing was broken such that it is about fall off the wall- an accident possibly for someone not knowing it comes off the wall in spots.
Overall I was concerned if they are having funding and income issues.
This was a second request for me to interview in person, so I assumed at minimum they would make good on more timely follow up.
That said, weeks then months passed by without the promised follow up- if even to regret me from the role. I sent a few emails and then realized no one was going to respond. I suggest they follow up in a timely manner with their senior candidates to be courteous and professional. Wish them the best!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked questions about the meal kit industry and customer support Omni channels to aid customers.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gobble (Lancaster, PA)
Interview
Poor communication from beginning to end. Received a call from the recruiter for phone interview and was told I’d hear back in a week or two. A month and a half later I received an email for onsite interview. Went for the on-site interviewed and the COO yawned the whole way through, promised to follow up in a week since I was the last interview. Never heard back from him or the recruiter. Terrible experience, terrible people, terrible company
