They definitely bring the wow factor during the interview process. Remember they are sales people trying to sell you the job. Ask what the day to day life is like as a new AE and then decide if this is the kind of job you really want.

"sell me this restaurant" "why do you want to be in sales?" - you give a detailed response (as I had been in sales for 2 years prior) "why though?" - you give more details as to why you want to be in sales "but why?" - you shoot from the hip as you have answered this question twice already This was an actual conversation I had during my interview. Watch any hollywood sales movie, and if you really enjoy it, you'll love this place.

The interview process was very streamlined and efficient. I went through about 4 interviews, both in person and virtual. Everyone was very friendly, and my recruiter kept me informed of my progress every step of the way.

Recruiter was very welcoming and open to answering any questions. Spoke very highly of the company and really seemed to have bought into the culture. Greatly considering a position here now.

Standard interview process: -Phone screening -Multiple interviews with HR and then a higher up employee Team seems to look for enthusiastic and driven young professionals with outgoing personalities. Must be money motivated and interested in sales!

I had a casual phone call just asking basic questions like do you think you would be good in sales? What was your college GPA? It was about 10 minutes long then at the end she asked if I wanted to do a video interview the next day.

A few phone calls and zooms. Was very easy and laid back. I declined further interviews, but it was mainly seeing if you were a fit. Everyone was very nice.

phone screening, then a zoom call. the zoom call is with the same person who screens you. the girl who screened me loved me on the phone and then on the zoom was visibly offended by something - it seemed like my appearance

Awesome, the process and the individuals were too good to be true. I thank GOD for allowing the individuals to see my worth. I am truly excited to begin my new career.

Really easy, straightforward. Basic interview questions and get to know you. Later on there was role play scenarios. I enjoyed everyone who interview process, it was very informative and easy to follow.
