I was initially excited to interview with Grainger because I spoke with an employee who had nothing but positive things to say about the company. Unfortunately, the recruiter assigned to me was incredibly unprofessional and rude. After repeated instances of asking me when they could call and then not calling, They called and ended it abruptly after 3 minutes because I was not physically able to fly into their home office multiple times a quarter for meetings. It is not the first time I have been turned down for a role because I can't travel. It *is* the first time I have been treated so poorly because of a disability.
