I was an internal candidate. I applied online, had a 1:1 phone interview with the recruiter. Took the chally test, had a in-person interview with leadership in two separate panels. Used a business portfolio, resume, development plan while in the interview. Received the phone call within two days after the live interview.

They ate interested in knowing your previous experience in a sales role. Specifically, are you resourceful and motivated? They ask you to submit info for a background check and take a drug test. 2 - 3,interviews before they let you know.
