I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gramener (Bangalore)
HR scheduled for a video discussion with the Hiring Manager. But the hiring manager didnt join the video call he joined only audio call. But he made sure I was on video mode the entire call. One of the weirdest interview I ever had if the hiring manager is not comfortable in having a video interview why are asking the candidates to join the video call.
The interviewer has less experience and has no clue about the outbound process
