The interview process was very smooth. There were three parts. The first was a phone interview with HR asking basic questions about the job and why I want to work for Grange. The second was a more in depth, online interview where I talked about my work experience and answered questions related to the job I applied for. The last interview was at the Grange office in front of three people. At this interview, I answered questions , talked about myself, and talked about my work experience and how it applies to Grange. Then, I answered a SQL technical question on their computer.
