One to one interviews. Process of face to face questioning, written exam focussing on complaint resolution, and multi-choice test on computer. Overall, a relaxed interview - felt like they really knew what they were asking for.

Interview
So for this particular job they had a tent outside on the high street recruiting for new staff. I was very interested and the shift pattern was all good apart from one day they had written down. Unfortunately due to family commitments I would be unable to do this particular shift. The interviewer spoke to HR who said it was not negotiable and even though I could do every other day they would not hire me. Quite appalling for a company in today's society where both parents work.
