Lengthy. Multiple rounds of interviews. Not a lot of communication with the HR department unless they were asking me for times for another round of interviews. Not a lot of information about next steps for the process

The process was organized and relatively short. I made it through 2 rounds and after a week of waiting was informed they went with another applicant. The interviewer was kind and followed up relatively quickly. I appreciate that they followed up at all, to be honest.
