I was interviewed by five people including one person from human resources, one person from compliance and three people from management. The questions were fair and related to both my personal and professional background. I enjoyed being interviewed by the human resource person, the compliance person and two of the managers. However I was uncomfortable being interviewed by the lead manager. He appeared impatient and interrupted me while I spoke.

Beware of which manager gets incontact with you. I was attempting to join as a junior F.A but My hiring manager got fired for being unresponsive to clients. I wasn't even notified till 1 MONTH LATER not even from the company... I was given a refferal. I do believe their a huge company with great morals and have really nice commission spreads around 80% .
